Claus Valca’s Grand Stream Dreams blog has an excellent entry called Wallpaper Extravaganza which features a long list of sources for desktop wallpaper plus a couple of wallpaper management tools.  If you’re into desktop wallpaper and have been looking for some new sources we think you will be pleased with the choices listed.

Are you on a shared (public) or a friend’s computer?  Does this computer not have an office suite?  Does it have internet access?  Fear not!  Mashable lists 13 Online Presentation Apps (MS PowerPoint substitutes), 13 Online Word Processors (MS Word substitutes) and 14 Online Spreadsheet Apps (MS Excel substitutes). 

Keep these sites in mind next time you need an office app and don’t happen to have one on the computer that you happen to be using!  Online also means cross-platform compatible, so you can use these sites from a Mac or Linux machine as well.
